The only building materials required are CEMENT, FINE CONCRETE SAND, STEEL FIBRE REINFORCING, SOME BAR REINFORCING.. and POLYSTYRENE SHEETS for components requiring insulation.

You will need a CONCRETE MIXER and a small yard crane to lift the PRECAST PANELS from the steel moulds for storage pending delivery to site.

ONE steel precast mould shape makes ALL the structural components. (See SITE PLANT section for photographs of MOULDS setup).

Unibuild insulated precast components are 60% lighter than solid concrete panels of equal volume, and 2 to 3 times stronger. (Up to 60 MPA concrete strength). This means ALL components are stacked for freighting horizontally which is a great cost saving.

The Unibuild Technology is highly profitable for remote area building delivery as the cost of freighting traditional building materials to remote sites is extremely expensive, plus the high cost of travelling trades persons required to erect the traditional buildings.
